To apply for a sponsor license, the employer must have evidence to prove to the home office that his business is lawfully trading and has a genuine vacancy. The employer should also have no unspent criminal convictions or immigration offences or any offences relating to money laundering and fraud. Further the employer should not have his sponsor license revoked in the last 12 months.
